Job summary

AlayaCare, a fast-growing SaaS company focused on transforming home healthcare, is seeking a Junior Fullstack Developer (Python). You will collaborate with experienced developers and product teams to contribute meaningful features, learn modern practices, and grow your technical and professional skills.

Location is the Greater Montreal Area with a hybrid work model. You will build features end-to-end, pair with seniors, write tests, and learn CI/CD, Docker, and AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, PHP, or similar).
• Interest in learning development tools and workflows such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
• Curiosity about current industry trends in technology, performance, and software development practices.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teammates.
• Interest in developing yourself as a full stack developer as you’ll implement in both Front-End and Back-End code.
• Bilingual in French and English is considered an asset.

About the Role

As a Junior Fullstack Developer (Python), you will work closely with experienced developers and product team members to contribute to real product features.
