Job description

myComply is a leading construction technology company specializing in workforce compliance management and access control. With 8 years of industry experience, myComply provides SaaS and IoT solutions for certification tracking, project orientation software, time and attendance, access control, and more to come. We cater to large commercial construction general contractors and mining / industrial sites, offering innovative tools to streamline workforce management and ensure a qualified workforce.

Position Summary :

We are seeking a “Sales Representative” to join our dynamic team. You will use contacts from our established lead generation channels to reach out to Project Managers, Chief Information Officers, Project Supervisors, and other similar positions, to sell our software and hardware solutions.You will work with our Customer Success and Technical Coordinator colleagues to ensure the goals of the buyer are fulfilled and will use this success to expand customers to other projects and Enterprise Agreements. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain outreach goals to ensure you meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Identify opportunities and tailor our offerings to suit customer needs.
  • Use our processes and tools to track progress and ensure other departments have the information they need to succeed.
  • Establish and develop mutually beneficial relationships with existing clients to obtain referrals to develop into new sale.
  • Monitor success of projects after onboarding team.
  • Contribute to a team for determining and acting on Enterprise Agrerements.

Requirements :

  • Professional sales position suitable for candidates with a passion for sales and customer relations.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with 5+ years experience directly in sales and customer relations
  • Construction background is a plus but not required.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using online tools and platforms, including CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Clari), Microsoft Suite, and others.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a team player.
