No automotive sales experience required — we provide comprehensive training. You’ll build your personal brand on social media, engage new prospects, and work with a supportive, team‑oriented group

We’re looking for a Professional Sales Consultant to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll connect with customers both in‑store and online, helping them find the perfect vehicle while delivering a high‑quality, transparent buying experience. You’ll also use social media to build your personal brand and engage new prospects, all while representing the Cariboo GM name with pride.

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers online and in person to understand their needs
• Prospect consistently and serve with integrity to succeed
• Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits
• Help clients choose the right vehicle and guide them through the purchase process
• Negotiate sales with integrity and professionalism
• Maintain an active, professional social media presence
• Participate in training and team meetings to sharpen your skills
• Stay up to date on new models, promotions, and industry trends
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience every time

What You Bring

• Strong customer service and consultative selling skills
• No prior automotive sales experience required — training provided
• Professional social media presence and engagement skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Team‑oriented attitude and coachable mindset
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including most weekends
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent (sales training or certification an asset)
• MVSA Sales Licence required (or ability to obtain)
