Job summary

McDougall Energy is seeking a Professional Delivery Driver for the Sarnia Hub, Monday–Friday night shift. You will safely transport bulk products, perform vehicle inspections, and provide exceptional customer service while working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, responsibilities include inventory control on the truck, documentation, and using handheld devices to monitor fuel flow. Pre/post trip checks and safety compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years driving experience with a valid AZ driver's license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to be a team player.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Numeric ability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to work Monday – Friday on a night shift.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safe delivery of bulk products to our client's fleet, heavy equipment, generators, or bulk tanks within a designated area.
• Inventory control of bulk products on truck.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and accurately complete related documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions to meet our customer needs.
• Use a handheld computer device to monitor the flow of fuel being input and dispensed from the truck.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

McDougall Energy is looking for a skilled and safety focused individual to fill the position of Professional Delivery Driver at our Sarnia Hub and working Monday – Friday night shift.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of products while upholding a high standard of customer service. Safety is paramount, and we expect our drivers to demonstrate safe driving practices and professional conduct on the roads and when interacting with customers. This position is physically demanding, involving significant lifting and pulling in an outdoor climate. The successful candidate will be required to successfully pass pre- and random drug & alcohol testing and must have a safety and compliance mindset.
