McDougall Energy is seeking a skilled Professional Delivery Driver for our Sarnia Hub, with Monday–Friday night shifts. You will be responsible for the safe transport of bulk products and delivering exceptional customer service.

The role involves outdoor work in all weather and requires accurate record-keeping and handheld device usage. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of driving experience with a valid AZ license, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of driving experience.
• Valid AZ driver’s license.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday on a night shift.
• Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe delivery of bulk products to clients’ fleets, heavy equipment, generators, or bulk tanks within a designated area.
• Manage inventory of bulk products on the truck.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and complete related documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and professional conduct on the road and at customer sites.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions to meet customer needs.
• Use handheld device to monitor fuel flow and input/dispense as required.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

McDougall Energy is looking for a skilled and safety focused individual to fill the position of Professional Delivery Driver at our Sarnia Hub and working Monday – Friday night shift.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of products while upholding a high standard of customer service. Safety is paramount, and we expect our drivers to demonstrate safe driving practices and professional conduct on the roads and when interacting with customers. Reporting to the Operations Manager, responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the safe delivery of bulk products to our client’s fleet, heavy equipment, generators, or bulk tanks within a designated area
• Inventory control of bulk products on truck
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and accurately complete related documentation
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions to meet our customer needs
• Use a handheld computer device to monitor the flow of fuel being input and dispensed from the truck

ABOUT YOU:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum 2 years driving experience with a valid AZ drivers license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the desire to be a team player
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Numeric ability and strong problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel
• Ability to work Monday – Friday on a night shift

This position is physically demanding, involving significant lifting and pulling in an outdoor climate. The successful candidate will be required to successfully pass pre- and random drug & alcohol testing and must have a safety and compliance mindset.
