Job summary

McDougall Energy Inc. is seeking a skilled, safety‑mocused Professional Delivery Driver for our Owen Sound operation. This seasonal contract role focuses on the safe transport of products, excellent customer service, and adherence to high safety standards on the road and on client sites.

You will report to the Operations Manager and work outdoors in all weather, with occasional travel. A valid DZ license and a minimum of 2 years driving experience are required, along with strong interpersonal

• Minimum 2 years of driving experience with a valid DZ license.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Numerical ability and strong problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Ability to work a 4 on 4 off/continental shift.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk product safely to client fleets, heavy equipment, generators, or bulk tanks.
• Maintain inventory control of bulk product on truck.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and complete related documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Use handheld device to monitor fuel flow and disposal from the truck.

About The Opportunity

McDougall Energy is looking for a skilled and safety focused individual to fill the position of Professional Delivery Driver based out of our Owen Sound operation. This is a seasonal contract.

In this role, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of products while upholding a high standard of customer service. Safety is paramount, and we expect our drivers to demonstrate safe driving practices and professional conduct on the roads and when interacting with customers. Reporting To The Operations Manager, Responsibilities Include

• Ensuring the safe delivery of bulk product to our client’s fleet, heavy equipment, generators, or bulk tanks within a designated area
• Inventory control of bulk product on truck
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and accurately complete related documentation
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions to meet our customer needs
• Use a handheld computer device to monitor the flow of fuel being input and disposed from the truck

This position is physically demanding, involving significant lifting and pulling in an outdoor climate. The successful candidate will be required to successfully pass pre- and random drug & alcohol testing and must have a safety and compliance mindset.
