Job summary

Masco Canada in St. Thomas is seeking a Production Worker (Days/Afternoons) to join our on-site manufacturing team. You will participate in machine operations and related duties to meet production targets while upholding safety and quality standards.

Shifts include Day 7:00 am–3:30 pm or Afternoon 3:30 pm–1:30 am. The role offers hourly wages from 22.62 to 27.06 CAD with a 0.85 CAD shift premium for afternoons, reflecting our commitment to competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing is an asset but not required.
• Ability to work in a team environment and follow safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

• Gain experience as a Machine Operator, Chopper Gun Operator and more.
• Perform the duties as required in your department in order to ensure production requirements are met. These duties are to be carried out in a safe and efficient manner ensuring quality of the product and production rates are met
• Wage ranges from $22.62/hour to $27.06
• Shift premiums are $0.85/hour on the afternoon shift

WE ARE CURRENTLY HIRING FOR:

• Day Shift – Monday to Friday, 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
• Afternoon Shift – Monday to Thursday, 3:30pm - 1:30am
