Job summary

Masco Canada is seeking a Program Manager for a 12-18 month hybrid contract in St. Thomas, ON. You will lead program governance, track progress, manage risks, and deliver measurable outcomes across multiple projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, PMP or equivalent, and 5+ years of PM experience in manufacturing or related fields, with strong cross-functional leadership and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Additional training or certification in Agile, Lean, or Program Management is an asset.
• 5+ years of project or program management experience, preferably in manufacturing, consumer goods, or industrial products.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong knowledge of PM tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

• Define program objectives, scope, deliverables, and resource plans in collaboration with business stakeholders.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence across all organizational levels.

• Analytical thinker with a focus on problem-solving, risk mitigation, and data-informed decision-making.

• Highly organized and adaptable, with a track record of meeting deadlines and delivering high-impact results.

• Experience in a matrixed environment and in managing change across functions is preferred.

Hiring Range: $67,900.00 - $106,590.00 CADThe salary range shown reflects the expected annual base salary for this open position, plus other wage amounts such as annual bonus, profit sharing, and commissions.Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
