Custom Castings, a member of the Nordstern Group, is seeking a Production Worker for our Winnipeg-area facility. • Previous exposure to a lean manufacturing environment is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Participate fully in training programs provided.
• Manufacture castings in a team-oriented production environment.
• Perform cutting,sanding and grinding of castings.
• Progress into casting duties as training milestones are achieved.
• Work collaboratively with other Finishers, Casters and Cell Leaders to meet delivery commitments.
• Apply 5S and Continuous Improvement practices.

Custom Castings is a member of the Nordstern Group of Companies, which also includes Protek Surface Technologies, Forte Tooling Technologies, and Sure Cast Aluminum Foundry. We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Production Worker to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
