Custom Castings, a member of the Nordstern Group, seeks a reliable CNC Operator to join our fast-paced Winnipeg, Manitoba manufacturing team. You will safely operate CNC lathes and mills and read technical drawings.

The role emphasizes accuracy and teamwork, with overtime flexibility and opportunities for training and advancement. We offer a strong benefits package and a $2000 hiring bonus to start.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC lathes and/or mills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• English communication (verbal & written) required.
• Overtime flexibility; lean environment experience is an asset.
