Your Missions :

• The Vaccine production operator carries out manufacturing operations in accordance with appropriate procedures, in compliance with HSE standards, productivity targets, and quality standards (GMP, hygiene).
• Propose ideas to improve productivity and take accountability for their workspace (workstation organization, quality, and safety).
• Ensure daily activities of the laboratory meet specifications for the production of animal vaccines (harvesting, purification, aseptic filling).
• Participate in constructing the new documentation system and validate equipment and processes (clean zone, autoclaves, centrifuge, tangential flow filtration system).
• Manage production activities, including planning, reporting, documentation, and cleaning in an aseptic processing area.
• Perform equipment calibrations, collect samples, identify irregularities, and review batch records.
• Respect operating standards, analyze variances, and propose corrective actions.
• Set up/write SOPs, ensure compliance with standards, perform in-process controls, and participate in audits and validation processes.
• Ensure maintenance, participate in continuous improvement, and suggest small CAPEX investments.
• Participate in projects and train temporary or junior staff.

Your Profile :

• Ideally, you have a post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field.
• Ideally, you have previous experience working in a lab or GMP manufacturing environment.
