Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting seasonal opportunity? Primo Brands is seeking a Seasonal Production Technician to support customer demand. This full-time role during our “busy season” varies each year. If you want extra income, read on.

Compensation

Pay : $21.00 / hour

Shift differential for applicable hours worked

Schedule

  • 12-hour shifts on rotating 2-2-3 schedule
  • Ability to work holidays and weekends as needed
  • Attendance at daytime training sessions required

Skills Required

  • Operate, changeover, clean, troubleshoot, and perform basic maintenance on production equipment (fillers, labelers, case packers, palletizers, blow mold machines, wrappers, forklifts)
  • Record maintenance activities, quality data, downtime, output, and other metrics
  • Follow safety and manufacturing practices; participate in safety programs
  • Communicate issues effectively to maintain standards
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics (efficiency, production, downtime)
  • Perform mathematical calculations as needed
  • Conduct hourly quality checks to ensure product quality
  • Inspect raw materials against standards before loading
  • Collaborate with departments (Quality Assurance, Maintenance) to optimize output
  • Attend scheduled meetings
  • Continuously improve line operations as a team
  • Cross-train in other areas to support operations
  • Maintain an organized, clean workstation ensuring safety and good manufacturing practices
  • Prioritize safety and quality with a sense of urgency

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Preferred : experience in clean manufacturing, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, high-speed production, basic maintenance
  • Ability to work scheduled shifts including start-up and handover meetings
  • Ability to lift / move 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
  • Ability to work in various environmental conditions
  • Forklift experience preferred but trainable
