Job summary

ManpowerGroup in Midland, Ontario is seeking 50 Production Associates to join a manufacturing team. You will participate in precision assembly, learn to read blueprints, use calibrated tools, and follow strict quality and safety standards. Training will be provided and there is potential for long-term employment.

Manpower is currently recruiting 50 ProductionAssociates on behalf of one of our manufacturing clients in Midland, Ontario.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions.
  • Learn to handle precision components and assemblies.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation.
  • Use calibrated tools, gauges, and measuring equipment.
  • Follow established manufacturing processes and production workflows.
  • Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and visual defects.

Qualifications
Required

Important Eligibility Requirements

This position involves technologies regulated by the Canadian Government's Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and the Contract Security Program (CSP).

To be considered, candidates must:

  • Have resided in Canada for a minimum of five (5) consecutive years.
  • Be eligible to obtain the required security clearance.
  • Meet all requirements of the Controlled Goods Program and Contract Security Program.

Any offer of employment will be conditional upon successful completion of all required security screenings and background checks.
