Burnbrae Farms is hiring a Production Team Member to operate on a production line, inspecting and packaging eggs and egg products for multiple customers. You will prepare finished products for shipment, build pallets, and ensure accurate paperwork, with a focus on quality and efficiency.

Required: Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent; prior food processing experience preferred; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; strong communication and familiarity with HACCP/GMP standards.

Formación

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Safe food handling procedures and wearing proper PPE.
• Prior food processing experience is preferred.

• Resolve quality issues while demonstrating a high work ethic.
• Able to work on flexible shifts with occasional overtime for 40 hours per week.
• Work as a team and independently in a food production environment.

Position Title:Production Team Member

Term:Permanent – Full Time

Work Mode:Onsite

Reports to:Production Supervisor

Shift / Time:40 hours per week (5 days x 8 hour afternoon shift; rotating days and evenings)

Hourly Rate: $20.53–$23.08

• Previous food processing experience is preferred
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced workplace
• Previous factory or equivalent experience preferred
