Job summary

Burnbrae Farms Limited is offering an 8 month Co-Op Term (January 2027– August 2027) for a Recruitment Coordinator. The role reports to the Manager, Talent Acquisition and has no direct reports.

The position, based in Canada, pays $21.00/hour with a bonus and no travel. The incumbent will work with the Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the recruitment life cycle, maintain records, coordinate interviews, and identify candidates across various channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, skilled trades, equipment operation, agriculture, or related hands-on field.
• 3rd or final year of university or college in an HR or Business program.
• Exposure to full cycle recruitment considered a strong asset in a previous co-op term.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or sales considered a strong asset.
• Ability to build strong relationships with client groups (internal) to work collaboratively.
• Previous experience using ATS considered an asset.
• Highly organized and able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Critical thinking, good judgement, and the ability to recognize opportunities.
• Proficiency in MS Outlook Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Identify candidates through job board databases, online tools, social media and other ad-hoc resources.
• Support additional recruiting efforts and participate in projects as required.
