Job summary

Responsibilities include implementing KPIs, leading improvements, fostering a collaborative environment, and training staff while adhering to GMP, HACCP, and SQF where applicable. This role requires strong leadership and communication in a fast-paced food manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Secondary school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Post-secondary education is an asset.
• 1-3 years of leadership experience in food manufacturing is preferred.
• Safe operation of powered industrial vehicles is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production operations to meet targets for output, quality, and efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and coach Production Associates to maximize performance.
• Develop and implement production plans and schedules with the supervisor.
• Provide on-the-job training and development for team members.
