Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. in Toronto, ON, is seeking a Junior Technology Logistics Support Associate to provide day-to-day IT support for technology equipment and systems within the logistics environment.

You will be the first contact for IT incidents, assist with system installations, monitor data center infrastructure, and coordinate with internal and third-party teams while maintaining asset inventory. Strong technical and communication skills are essential.

Position Summary - The Junior Technology Logistics Support Associate provides day-to-day technical support for technology equipment and systems within the logistics environment. This role serves as the first point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues to support business operations. The position also assists with system installations, monitors data center infrastructure, coordinates with internal and third-party support teams, and maintains inventory of technology assets.

Required Technical skills

• Unix Linux advance System Administration, Mainframe knowledge to support the mainframe application for batch monitoring, Azure Cloud, OpenShift OCP, Production support skillset, SQL-MI DB Experience
• Basic network skills (iptables, firewall-cmd, network troubleshooting)
• Cloud (Microsoft Azure Services) skills
• Red Hat OpenShift Container Skills (Docker container life cycle, Cluster management, OpenShift CLI, Command-line operations, Container Networking Understanding SDN, ingress controllers)
• Application Performance Monitoring APM (Understanding of application metrics, Database performance monitoring Web service health checks)
• SFTP and FTPS protocols
• shell Scripting (Bash, PowerShell for automation)
• Experience in using AI
• Added value experience
• experience on using Jira Confluence
• familiar and able to use ServiceNow (Change, Incident and Problem management)
• good knowledge on Dynatrace monitoring tool (Alert Configuration Log Analysis)
