Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Administrator to manage and support enterprise platform infrastructure across Unix/Linux and Windows environments.

You will administer Active Directory, NAS storage, Azure, OpenShift, IBM MQ and Kafka, ensuring platform stability, performance, and reliable incident resolution for our clients across Canada. Join a dynamic team focused on scalable, secure, and compliant IT services.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Unix/Linux administration experience.
• Active Directory administration experience.
• Experience with NAS storage technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience deploying and supporting applications on OpenShift.
• Experience with IBM MQ and Apache Kafka.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident, problem and change processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support enterprise platform infrastructure across Unix/Linux and Windows environments

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience with Unix/Linux administration
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory administration
• Experience with NAS storage technologies
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud services
• Experience deploying and supporting applications on OpenShift
• Hands-on experience with IBM MQ
• Strong experience with Apache Kafka
• Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and troubleshooting
• Experience with system administration, patching, and performance tuning
• Understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with automation and scripting
• Exposure to Kubernetes and container platforms
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools
• Knowledge of cloud security and infrastructure governance
• Experience with enterprise-scale production support environments

Salary Range

CA$ 90,000 - CA$ 110,000 Per Year
