Job summary

Virtusa in Toronto is seeking a proactive Production Support Engineer with strong Cloud and DevOps experience to manage and support critical business applications.

You will own L2 support on AWS/Azure, monitor infrastructure, troubleshoot CI/CD and deployments, and automate routine tasks using Python, Shell scripting, and Power Automate, while leveraging Power BI and Cognos for analytics.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of IT production support experience.
• Strong experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
• Experience monitoring infrastructure with cloud-native and third-party tools.

• Strong knowledge of AWS and/or Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to AI/ML or Gen AI.


• Familiarity with Cloudera and Axiom.


• ITIL Certification or Incident/Problem Management exposure.
