Job summary

Septodont Group in Cambridge, Canada, seeks a Production Support Coordinator to coordinate production documentation, quality systems, training programs, inventory activities and projects. The role supports GMP compliance and continuous improvement within the production organization.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of admin experience in operations, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative experience in manufacturing/operations.
  • Experience in regulated environments is asset.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

  • Complete and support batch documentation review activities.
  • Create, update, and maintain production SOPs and batch records.
  • Coordinate quality process documentation and tracking activities.
  • Support production projects through scheduling, facilitation, and administrative coordination.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare training packages, training documentation, and support operational training programs.
  • Assist with purchasing consumables, inventory management, and ERP system transactions.
  • Organize meetings and prepare reports, presentations, and departmental communications.
  • Support GMP compliance, quality initiatives, and safety programs.
  • Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as required.
