Job summary

Septodont is seeking a Production Support Coordinator for its Cambridge, Ontario site to support Operations with documentation, quality systems, training, inventory and ERP workflows. You will contribute to GMP compliance and continuous improvement across the production organization, coordinating records, SOPs, and project support.

The role requires at least 2 years of administrative experience in a regulated environment, with strong Excel/Office skills and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

  • Education: Degree or diploma in a related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing or operations environment preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities; able to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate production documentation review and maintain records.
  • Create, update, and maintain production SOPs and batch records.
  • Support quality process documentation and tracking activities.
  • Coordinate training materials and operational training programs.
  • Assist with purchasing consumables, inventory, and ERP transactions.
  • Prepare reports, meetings, and departmental communications.
  • Support GMP compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.

Job Summary

The Production Support Coordinator supports Operations through the coordination of production documentation, quality systems, training programs, inventory activities, and operational projects. This role plays a key part in maintaining compliance with GMP requirements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the production organization.

Responsibilities
  • Complete and support batch documentation review activities.
  • Create, update, and maintain production SOPs and batch records.
  • Coordinate quality process documentation and tracking activities.
  • Support production projects through scheduling, facilitation, and administrative coordination.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare training packages, training documentation, and support operational training programs.
  • Assist with purchasing consumables, inventory management, and ERP system transactions.
  • Organize meetings and prepare reports, presentations, and departmental communications.
  • Support GMP compliance, quality initiatives, and safety programs.
  • Assist with special projects and departmental initiatives as required.
Qualifications
  • Education: Degree or diploma in a related field.
  • Experience & Skills: Minimum 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an operations or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, or other regulated manufacturing environment is considered an asset.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Starting at approximately $65,000 CAD, with opportunity for an increase based on qualifications and experience.
  • Total rewards include comprehensive benefits, bonus eligibility, and professional development support.
