Qualifications include an associate degree in management/supervision and 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or warehouse settings. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in management or supervision is required.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/warehouse.
• Experience with MES and SAP systems.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate labor assignments to meet production goals.
• Enforce safety procedures and promote a safe work environment.
• Develop and monitor worker schedules and training.
• Review daily production reports and adjust operations as needed.
• Collaborate with Quality and Maintenance to drive improvements.
• Hires, coaches and evaluates staff performance.
