Job summary

Auxly Cannabis is seeking a Production Associate to support daily operations under the Production Manager. The role focuses on maintaining safety, adhering to SOPs, and contributing to a compliant manufacturing environment.

You will allocate resources, audit batch records, ensure data in the ERP, and help meet production schedules while following GDP/GPP regulations. The position runs on a Monday to Friday schedule with a PM shift from 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM, and occasional Saturdays.

• Maintain Batch Production Records and documentation.
• Ensure production data is accurately recorded in the ERP.

Salary Range: $60,500.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

Responsibilities:

• Responsible to adhere to, maintain and promote a positive company culture.
• Implementation of standard operating procedures and ensure that they are fully respected.
• Ensure workplace safety practices are followed by all reports.
• Support the Production Manager to ensure all work orders are processed in a timely, efficient, and most cost-effective manner.
• Allocate resources to workstation based on the production schedule
• Prepare and audit the Batch Production Record and attached documentation
• Ensure that production data are properly recorded in the ERP
• Communicate, enforce and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, to ensure compliance with GDP and GPP regulations
• Maintain flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities that require immediate changes to production focus
• Closely monitor production processes ensuring product specifications are met
• Other duties that the Company may assign from time to time

Requirements:

Demonstrated communication and organizational skills.

Sense of urgency and responsibility to meet delivery schedules.

Experience working in either manufacturing or an agriculture environment.

Hard working and rigorous mindset.

Ability to learn new processes.

Ability to work in a fast paced and growing environment.

Working experience in a regulated environment is a must.
