Job summary

Auxly Cannabis in Leamington, Ontario is seeking a Production Associate to join our manufacturing team and contribute to producing high-quality cannabis products.

You will process, package, and label cannabis products, maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready workspace, and complete batch records with precision. We value detail, reliability, and teamwork, and offer growth opportunities within Canada's dynamic cannabis industry.

Qualifications

  • Must read and write English clearly and accurately.
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
  • Willing to work overtime and weekend shifts as needed.
  • Background check required; prior production experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Process, package, and label cannabis products to meet quality standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and audit-ready work environment.
  • Prepare materials and ensure packaging, labeling, and documentation accuracy.
  • Complete and verify production forms and batch records with precision.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Follow SOPs, GMP/GPP guidelines, and wear PPE as required.

Reports To: Production Supervisor, Production Lead, and/or Production Manager

What You'll Do

As a Production Associate, you'll play a key role in bringing our products to life by:

  • Processing, packaging, and labeling cannabis products to meet Health Canada and Auxly's quality standards.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and sterile work environment, routinely cleaning and sanitizing tools and equipment.
  • Preparing production materials and ensuring all packaging, labeling, and product documentation are accurate and compliant.
  • Completing and verifying production forms, data entries, and batch records with precision.
  • Collaborating closely with team members, supervisors, and other departments to ensure smooth workflow and consistent quality.
  • Following all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Production Practices (GPP).
  • Wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)- safety is part of everything we do.
  • Keeping your workspace organized, safe, and audit ready.
  • Taking on other production and quality tasks as needed - every day brings something new!
What You Bring
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and accuracy.
  • Team-oriented, reliable, and safety-conscious.
  • Able to lift up to 50lbsand stand, bend, or move for extended periods.
  • Comfortable working with masks, respirators, and hearing protection.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when needed.
  • Background check required.
  • Previous production or cannabis industry experience an asset.
  • Knowledge of GPP, GMP, or GAP standards an advantage.
  • Must be able to read and write English clearly and accurately.
Schedule
  • AM Shift: 7:00am- 3:30pm
  • PM Shift: 3:30pm to 12:00 am
  • Overtime and weekend work as needed
