Job summary

Auxly is seeking a Production Supervisor for one production cell in our Ontario facility. The role oversees task assignments, data entry, batch record completion, and line clearance between work orders, serving as the link between the cell floor and the Supervisor.

Three PM-shift positions are available in intermediate production/IT, printing/PP, or final packaging FG. Compensation ranges from $20 to $21 per hour, with ERP/MRP data entry and batch documentation emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production cell (IT, PP, or FG) or similar manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to BOM, product, and artwork verification and batch documentation.
• Experience with data entry in an ERP/MRP system; Sage experience is an asset.
• Reliable and proactive; able to flag issues and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Assign staff within the cell to tasks.
• Ensure the team follows the Supervisor's schedule and priorities.
• Complete data entry into Sage for material and labour tracking.
• Prepare batch records and own their completion.
• Report issues and concerns directly to the Supervisor.
• Provide daily reporting of shift outputs.
• Perform line clearance between work orders and verify product, batch, BOM, and artwork.
• Act as the first point of contact within the cell for process questions and troubleshooting.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members within the cell.

Shift / Assignment: Assigned to one cell (Intermediate Production/IT, Printing/PP, or Packaging/FG), PM Shift — 3 positions total

Compensation: $20–$21/hour

Position Summary

The senior frontline role within a single production cell. Owns task assignment within the cell, data entry and batch record completion, and line clearance between work orders, and is the direct link between the cell floor and the Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign staff within the cell to tasks.
• Ensure the team follows the schedule and priorities assigned by the Supervisor.
• Complete data entry into Sage for material and labour tracking.
• Prepare batch records and own their completion.
• Report issues and concerns directly to the Supervisor.
• Provide daily reporting of shift outputs.
• Perform line clearance between work orders: confirm the correct product, batch, BOM materials, and label version/artwork are staged and correct before and during the run.
• Act as the first point of contact within the cell for process questions and minor troubleshooting.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members within the cell.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience working within the relevant cell — milling/makers/recovery (IT), printing (PP), or final packaging (FG) — or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, particularly around BOM, product, and artwork verification and batch documentation.
• Comfortable with data entry in an ERP/MRP system; Sage experience an asset.
• Reliable and proactive — comfortable flagging issues rather than working around them.
