Auxly Cannabis in Leamington is seeking a Compliance and Safety Associate (Health & Safety). You will help protect workers by enforcing OHS laws, conducting audits, and investigating incidents on a two-week swing shift (days/afternoons).
You'll coordinate safety trainings, support CAPA actions, maintain auditable logs, and work with the JHSC to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Experience is valued, cannabis knowledge is an asset.

A Compliance and Safety Associate (Health & Safety) protect workers and minimizes workplace risks. They enforce occupational health and safety (OHS) legislation, conduct facility audits, investigate workplace incidents, and develop safety training programs to ensure full organizational compliance. This position is a swing shift on a two-week rotation – days and afternoons.
Education: College Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is considered an asset.
Experience: <1 year of relevant practical experience in manufacturing, food, or pharmaceutical/GMP environment. Cannabis experience is considered an asset.
Knowledge: Good understanding of provincial or regional health and safety legislation (e.g., Occupational Health and Safety Act) for agricultural, manufacturing and/or construction sectors, & Cannabis Act legislation
Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate safety protocols across all levels of the workforce
