Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift personnel to maintain quality and optimize production.
• Schedule production team and manage daily performance.
• Provide leadership in a unionized setting; address discipline/performance as needed.
• Improve processes with lean tools and maintain SOPs and quality procedures.
• Identify training needs and coach employees for growth and results.
• Conduct training and rotation to develop product, process, and people.
