Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of engineering degree (preference Mechanical) with minimum 10 years plant manager experience or equivalent.
• Experience with process safety management and a culture of preventable accidents.
• Experience leading manufacturing in continuous improvement environments.

• Direct and coordinate all manufacturing activities to meet safety, environmental, employee relations, quality, cost and productivity goals.
• Drive plant performance through leadership, change management and effective people management.
• Foster positive labor relations in a union environment and coach managers/supervisors.
