IKO Industries Ltd. is seeking a Day Crew Supervisor to provide front-line leadership in the Production Department at the Ashcroft Granule Facility. The role focuses on maximizing output while upholding safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary degree/diploma and at least three years of industrial leadership experience, with strong people management and safety culture awareness. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in a related field.
• Minimum of three years industrial leadership experience.
• Experience with process safety management and safe operation culture.
• Familiarity with OH&S and labour standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations and ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and 5S housekeeping.
• Facilitate meetings, coach teams, and manage direct reports.
• Support root-cause analysis with maintenance and engineering.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting of production metrics.
