IKO Industries Ltd. in Ashcroft, BC, is seeking a Production Supervisor (Day Crew) to lead the Production Department, drive safety, quality, and efficiency, and ensure compliance with company policy.

This role requires frontline leadership, a solid technical background, and the ability to manage continuous improvement, four 10-hour shifts (Wed–Sat), with safety-sensitive responsibilities. Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree/diploma in related field.
• Minimum of three years industrial leadership experience.
• Experience with process safety management and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, environmental and process compliance awareness.
• Lead production operations and drive performance improvements.
• Implement hazard identification and risk control programs (FLRAs, BBSOs and unsafe conditions).
• Engage employees to improve labor relations and continuous improvement.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting (compliance, checklists, production reports, spreadsheets).
• Develop and implement SWI training and auditing.
• Coordinate effective meetings and cross-functional communication.
