Job summary

CAE in Montreal seeks a Manufacturing Operations Manager to lead an operational team focused on optimizing and modernizing production processes to improve efficiency and agility.

You will drive daily operations, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business growth and improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Five years of experience in management or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of Lean principles.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience in complex or transformation environments.
• Knowledge of health and safety practices in production.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production team
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Ensure product quality and operational efficiency
