Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor (Day Shift) in Montreal to lead a manufacturing team building CAE's flight simulators.

You will oversee daily production activities, ensuring safety, quality, productivity and on-time delivery, while driving continuous improvement in a high-precision environment. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong coordination, communication in French and English, and experience in unionized manufacturing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management, or related field, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience leading teams in manufacturing.
  • Experience managing production schedules, workforce planning and performance.
  • Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing.
  • Experience working in a unionized environment.
  • Strong communication in French and English.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach and develop a team of production employees on the shop floor.
