Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a 24/7 unionized cement production team in Delta, BC. You will report to the Production Manager, drive safe, efficient operations, and meet environmental objectives.

You will supervise shift crews, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure compliance with policies while delivering production targets and quality results in a demanding plant environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; technical college education preferred.
• Experience leading a unionized workforce in industrial settings.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced cement operation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise shift crews to maximize production while maintaining safety and quality.
• Monitor plant operations, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous cement manufacturing.
• Coordinate with maintenance and other departments to resolve issues.
• Administer the collective bargaining agreement and apply company policies consistently.
• Collaborate during shift handovers, outages, and special projects for 24/7 operations.
