Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. seeks a Production Shift Supervisor to ensure smooth production from raw mix to cement silo management, upholding quality, safety and environmental standards.

You will execute daily plans and coordinate with maintenance and production teams to meet targets. The role requires a college diploma/university degree in engineering or related field and at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a unionized manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of main cement manufacturing equipment and processes.
• Strong knowledge of safety and environmental laws and regulations.
• Ability to prioritize actions and multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as safety role model with daily safety talks and inspections.
• Hold operators accountable for schedules, performance and parameters.
• Monitor production areas and coordinate corrective actions for malfunctions.
• Oversee quality control and drive process improvements.
• Maintain shift documentation and reports.
