MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor in a custom metal fabrication environment
• Good knowledge of production processes, measurement & inspection procedures,
• Ability to supervise and manage a diverse workforce.
• An understanding of manufacturing systems
• Ability to read and comprehend engineered schematics and detailed blueprints.
• Strong experience with Lean Manufacturing principles, concepts, and experience
• Knowledge of ISO standards.
