Job Description: Manufacturing Shift Supervisor

As a Manufacturing Shift Supervisor, you will lead the production team during your shift, coordinating with departments such as SHE, QA, UMS, Logistics, and Mix to meet targets related to Safety, QA, OEE, Volume, and Waste. You will champion factory operating practices, uphold safety and morale, and ensure quality compliance.

• Coordinate and prioritize resources to meet shift targets for OEE, Waste, Safety, and QA.
• Deliver shift targets and participate in weekly production planning.
• Ensure safety and environmental procedures are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
• Identify and address waste and operational issues.
• Ensure data is accurately captured and transferred between shifts.
• Use appropriate tools and techniques to solve problems.
• Coordinate with QC to ensure quality and food safety programs are executed.
• Liaise with other functions for seamless production output.
• Act as incident commander on shift, managing SHE/Q incidents and initiating EWOs.
• Complete required documentation such as CILR and Tag on shift.
• Manage SHE/Q risk and adjust production plans as needed.
• Handle disciplinary actions, coaching, and employee reviews.
• Lead daily team meetings and participate in safety and quality incident management.
• Work on projects supporting individual growth and operational improvements.
• Participate actively in UMS / R2S requirements and OEE/waste reduction initiatives.
