Are you an experienced Lead Hand or Junior Production Supervisor with experience in a Unionized environment?

Harbinger Network has partnered with a long-standing and growing business in Brantford to find 2 Junior Production Supervisors.

What will you be doing?

1. Leading a team of up to 25 individuals on a rotating shift
2. Utilizing an ERP system
3. Liaising with other department leaders to ensure quality
4. Assisting with scheduling and payroll
5. Troubleshooting minor issues on the production line
6. Training and mentoring your team members
7. Conducting health & safety meetings/training

What do you bring to the table?

• Previous leadership experience in a unionized environment (either as a Union Rep or a Lead Hand/Supervisor)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work a rotating shift
• Ability to pass a criminal record check (some charges may be accepted)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ideally experienced with ERP systems
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with a strong attention to safety and quality
• Reside within an easy commute of Brantford, Ontario (relocation assistance not provided)
