CTDI in Oakville, Ontario is seeking a Production Scheduler to create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules based on demand forecasts, orders, and inventory. You will collaborate with production supervisors, purchasing, and warehouse teams to align schedules with material availability and capacity.

You will monitor progress, adjust plans for downtime or shortages, analyze capacity, generate reports, and support continuous improvement while ensuring quality and compliance with ERP

Qualifications

• 2+ years in production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing coordination.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, capacity planning, and lead times.
• Attention to detail to keep schedules accurate and realistic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and advanced formulas.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office for reporting.
• Able to balance priorities with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
