Embark on a transformative journey with Tenstorrent as a Production Scheduler. Reporting to the Manager of Global Supply Planning, you will play a pivotal role in high-level planning and oversight of the entire production schedule. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining the master production schedule, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain and production processes. Be part of a team that influences strategic decisions within the Supply Chain and Operations team.

This position is hybrid, based out of Toronto, ON. We welcome candidates at various experience levels; during the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align accordingly.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the master production schedule to align with demand forecasts, inventory targets, and production capabilities.
  • Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement to ensure smooth execution of the production plan.
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays or changes.
  • Utilize SAP S4/Hana or similar ERP systems for scheduling, inventory tracking, and reporting.
  • Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize material flow and minimize lead times.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to communicate updates and issues.
  • Develop contingency plans to address risks and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Assist in maturing processes related to order fulfillment and production planning.
Experience & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years in production planning and scheduling, preferably in semiconductor or electronics industries.
  • Proficiency in SAP S4/Hana or similar ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and decision-making ability.
  • Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving skills for scheduling conflicts and production issues.
  • Detail-oriented and efficient.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership skills to influence and drive change.
  • Self-motivated and proactive.
  • Flexible and adaptable to business needs.
  • Preferred experience with outsourced manufacturing.
