Reporting to the Manager of Global Supply Planning, you will play a pivotal role in high-level planning and oversight of the entire production schedule. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining the master production schedule, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain and production processes. Be part of a team that influences strategic decisions within the Supply Chain and Operations team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the master production schedule to align with demand forecasts, inventory targets, and production capabilities.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and procurement to ensure smooth execution of the production plan.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address delays or changes.
• Utilize SAP S4/Hana or similar ERP systems for scheduling, inventory tracking, and reporting.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to optimize material flow and minimize lead times.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, policies, and regulations.
• Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to communicate updates and issues.
• Develop contingency plans to address risks and ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist in maturing processes related to order fulfillment and production planning.

Experience & Qualifications

• 3-5 years in production planning and scheduling, preferably in semiconductor or electronics industries.
• Proficiency in SAP S4/Hana or similar ERP systems.
