Role Overview:

Our clients count on us to make the legal process seamless and efficient from scheduling court reporters and legal videographers to ensuring transcripts are delivered on time and flawlessly accurate. As a Production Representative (Canada), you ensure legal transcripts and exhibits are accurately and professionally prepared for client delivery. This includes printing, binding, assembling, and packaging materials to meet quality standards and deadlines. By managing the final production and shipping stages, you play a key role in providing legal professionals with the critical documents they need on time and reliably supporting the smooth and efficient progress of legal proceedings.

What you'll get to do:
  • Prepare, review, and perform thorough quality checks on transcripts and exhibits before scanning them into our digital systems for seamless client delivery
  • Drive high-quality printing by managing finalized transcript and exhibit files ensuring all formatting and specifications are spot-on for flawless output
  • Showcase your attention to detail by preparing cover sheets and labeling exhibits precisely, ensuring everything is perfectly organized and professionally presented for shipment
  • Package completed orders with care, handling all labeling and documentation, and staging packages for on-time courier pickup
  • Guarantee client satisfaction by ensuring every package is bound, assembled, and shipped exactly according to order specs, formatting standards, and delivery deadlines
