This is a position with grade 14. It reports to Superviseure de production.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize production schedules based on customer needs, resource availability, and communicate them to stakeholders.
• Monitor daily production performance and notify relevant parties of delays.
• Analyze performance indicators of your section.
• Prepare various management reports.
• Manage inventories of assigned cells effectively.
• Participate actively in organizational efficiency improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration (GSO) or Industrial Engineering.
• Strong leadership and team spirit.
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Autonomy, adaptability, and versatility.
• Knowledge of manufacturing best practices.
• Proficiency in French (spoken and written) and functional English.
