Qualifications:

General Information:

Work with transformer factories across North America to manage and improve planning and scheduling processes. Drive training and standardization in Sales and Operations Planning, Master Planning, and detailed scheduling throughout the organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Train and coach Demand Planners, Operations Planners, Master Schedule Planners, and Material Planners. Develop organizational competency.
  • Contribute to establishing standards and best practices. Provide training and develop standard processes.
  • Monitor factory standard work, develop dashboards, track schedule execution, load leveling, and capacity analysis.
  • Participate in S&OP meetings, drive standardization, and ensure compliance and active participation.
  • Ensure timely and accurate information flow, review processes, and data consistency during S&OP.
  • Monitor KPIs related to S&OP engagement and outcomes, work on process improvements.
  • Promote ITM and RCCM analysis training and development.
