Five years manufacturing experience. Preferred ERP experience in PP module. Ability to work cross-functionally within a global value chain. Independent analysis/decision-making capabilities. Strong communicator and teamwork oriented. Organized with a sense of urgency. Initiative-driven project leadership. Root cause analysis skills. Customer focus and quality orientation. Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a suitable combination of education and accomplishments.
Work with transformer factories across North America to manage and improve planning and scheduling processes. Drive training and standardization in Sales and Operations Planning, Master Planning, and detailed scheduling throughout the organization.
