Job summary

Agropur is seeking a Production Packer to support production and warehouse operations while ensuring product quality and safety standards are met. The role emphasizes contributing to a safe, efficient, and quality-focused environment.

Starting wage is $21.29/hour with progression per the collective agreement, weekly pay, and shift premiums for afternoons and nights, plus overtime as required. A strong safety mindset and ability to work in cold environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent education.
• Ability to work in a -35°C environment.
• Must be available to work up to 40 hours a week, including night shifts, weekends and overtime as required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (23 kg) and work in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Previous experience in a food processing plant or warehouse environment will be considered an asset.

Context to maximize your impact:

Starting wage of $21.29/hour, with progression to the full classification rate in accordance with the collective agreement. Weekly pay. Shift premiums: $0.55/hour for afternoon shifts, $0.70/hour for night shifts, and applicable weekend premium. Overtime paid at 1.5x, in accordance with the collective agreement.
