Job summary

Agropur is seeking an Order Picker to support our warehouse and production operations in Canada. You will load/unload trucks, pick orders, rotate coded products, and supply packaging materials while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires a Grade 12 or equivalent and at least 2 years of related experience, plus forklift familiarity. Expect shift work up to 40 hours weekly, including nights and weekends, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for advancement.

As an Order Picker, you will play an important role in supporting our warehouse and production operations by ensuring products, ingredients and materials move safely and efficiently.

Starting pay of $22.49/hour Weekly pay Shift premiums: $0.55/hour for afternoon shifts, $0.70/hour for night shifts, plus an applicable weekend premium Overtime paid at 1.5x, in accordance with the collective agreement

What you'll be responsible for each day:

• As an Order Picker, you will: Load and unload trucks. Pick customer orders. Rotate coded products. Supply production with packaging and ingredients from the freezer and warehouse as required. Perform inventory counts. Follow all Safety, Quality and HACCP regulations and policies.

The individual who will own this role:

• Class A certification.
• Grade 12 or equivalent education.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience (an asset).
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Comfortable working in temperatures as low as -35°C.
• Available for shift work of up to 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends and overtime as required.
• Schedule is based on production needs.
• Previous experience in a food processing plant or warehouse environment will be considered an asset.
