Job summary

Agropur in Canada is seeking a Shipping Associate to support warehouse and production operations. You will move products, ingredients and materials safely and efficiently, loading and unloading trucks and preparing orders.

The role requires Class A certification and Grade 12, with at least two years in a similar environment and forklift experience preferred. You must be comfortable in temperatures as low as -35°C and available for shifts including nights and weekends.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar environment.
• Minimum of 1 year of forklift experience (an asset).
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Comfortable working in temperatures as low as -35°C.
• Available for shift work up to 40 hours per week, including nights, weekends and overtime as required.

• Load and unload trucks.
• Pick customer orders.
• Rotate coded products.
• Supply production with packaging and ingredients from the freezer and warehouse as required.
• Perform inventory counts.
• Follow all Safety, Quality and HACCP regulations and policies.

Starting pay of $22.49/hour Weekly pay Shift premiums: $0.55/hour for afternoon shifts, $0.70/hour for night shifts, plus an applicable weekend premium Overtime paid at 1.5x, in accordance with the collective agreement
