Job summary

Agropur Cooperative in Canada is seeking a warehouse associate to unload/load trucks, pick orders and rotate coded products in a fast-paced dairy operation. You will procure packaging and ingredients from the freezer/warehouse as production needs.

You must meet safety standards, have Class A certification, Grade 12, forklift experience, and be comfortable working in -35°C. Shift work, weekends, nights, and overtime may be required; prior food processing or warehouse experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent education.
• Class A certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar environment.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.
• Comfortable to work in -35 degree Celsius environment.
• Available for shift work (up to 40 hrs. per week), weekends, nights, and overtime as required.
• Schedule is based on production need.
• Previous experience in a food processing plant or warehouse environment will be considered an asset.
• Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
