Qualifications

• Skilled with power saws and nail guns.

• Proactive in using downtime to support area.
• Punctual with minimal absenteeism.

Responsibilities

• Use proper tools to meet job requirements.
• Produce quality products with minimal scrap.
• Monitor machines for quality and consistency.
• Inspect finished products to high standards.
• Maintain production documents and report discrepancies.
• Attend training on new equipment or processes.
• Communicate equipment issues to supervisors.
• Meet production timelines at standard costs.
• Produce parts to exact specifications.
• Read and follow Safe Work Practices.
• Promote teamwork and assist other areas during downtime.
• Clean area of dust and debris.
• Measure products in metric and imperial; convert when needed.
• Work in dusty/paint environment.
• Stand for long periods.
