Tolko Industries is seeking a Production Manager for our High Prairie OSB Division in High Prairie, Alberta. You will lead safe, efficient operations, build strong teams, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring people go home safe every day.

Lead frontline teams, manage staffing, drive production, productivity, and quality results. Eligible for relocation support, northern allowance, bonus program, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, planning, and decision-making skills.
• 3–5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in wood products or heavy industrial environment.

We’re looking for a Production Manager to join our High Prairie OSB Division, located in High Prairie, Alberta. Our mill has undergone an exciting major rebuild and modernization including the commissioning of a new continuous press making us one of the most modern mills in North America.

• Grade 12 diploma; post-secondary education in Engineering, Wood Sciences, Manufacturing, or a related field is considered an asset.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and safe work practices.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
• Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• 3-5 years of manufacturing experience, preferably within wood products or a heavy industrial environment.
• Experience leading teams in a production setting.
• Continuous manufacturing and continuous press experience is considered an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• You'll earn an additional northern allowance on top of your base pay.

• You may also be eligible for relocation support including community connections so you can live (and play) where you work.
