Reporting to the Manufacturing Manager, the Production Manager is responsible for the daily execution of our production activities. This role ensures that the production department has the people, resources, and direction required to meet the production schedule safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards. This is a hands-on role for someone who will spend significant time on the shop floor, working with Team Leads and production employees to understand performance, identify problems, mitigate obstacles, and drive continuous improvement. You're a creative problem-solver that can address the root cause and implement solutions quickly.
