Profile:
The primary purpose of the Production Manager is to execute daily production plans for aircraft manufacturing operations. Directly accountable to manage, coach, and lead resources to meet production plans as well as takt time, including managing priorities, employee performance, and behavior. Accountable for execution of MOS, including daily floor meetings, resource management, WO completion, ensuring all employees are trained and follow safety policies, Quality Procedures & housekeeping (5S). The Production Manager is a key member of the management team who works closely with the Operations Manager, Production personnel, and all support staff to ensure aircraft completion is achieved on time and within budget.
